I suggest a discovery tour of Mediterranean plants integrated into their ecosystem.
We go to meet them on a path and a forest track.
You will discover the potential of many plants and their uses: bio-indicators of the state of the soil, edibles, cosmetics, health benefits, uses in the garden.
If the weather is clear, we will see the Canigou, the Corbières and the sea!
At the end of the walk, you will no longer see the plants and your environment with the same look!
