Located inside the Dubai Mall, the Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo has enclosures with a total capacity for 10 million liters of water, where more than 33,000 animals are kept.
To get an idea of the grandeur, the main tank measures 11 meters in height and visitors are delighted with examples of marine flora, fish of all sizes and colors, as well as starfish, jellyfish and lobsters. In a tunnel, surrounded by a transparent aquarium, the impression is that the fish are swimming above your head.
You can also take a boat trip or dive into a cage. The big attraction, however, is shark diving. The area dedicated to penguins also arouses curiosity.
