What to Expect

    This is a non touristy experience - Sushi making lesson and exclusive tour for private group. We meet at Tsukiji fish market then explore to buy fresh tuna meat. Participant will learn the process how tuna comes from ports all over japan to dish finally. Then we come back to our kitchen studio in Heiwajima. You will see the local lifestyle also. On our studio, you will learn about sushi like below. -how to make sushi rice -preparation of sushi using kelp -8 basic steps of nigiri sushi -how to cut tuna meat with a Japanese knife -how to eat sushi
