Spend a day touring the Temple of Kom Ombo- a double temple devoted to two gods: Horus with his falcon head and Sobek with his crocodile head. This sacred site was constructed in tribute to these deities, where Sobek is regarded as the creator of the world and fertility god and Horus is recognized as an ancient falcon-headed deity who revenged his father's murder by Seth. Afterward, you will be transported to Edfu to visit the grandiose temple dedicated to Horus which is considered one of the best-preserved cult temples in Egypt; according to Egyptian mythology it was here where Horus killed Seth. When your tour has concluded you will be driven back either Aswan or Luxor depending on customer request.
