Overview

El Bolsón is a town in the southwest of the Río Negro province. Located in a fertile valley crossed by the Quemquemtreu river, at the foot of Cerro Piltriquitron, it has a strong identity of its own that invites you to get in touch with its people and delight in its traditional products.
The city is 129 kilometers from Bariloche and is reached by National Route 40, going south. The first kilometers are made through the shores of the Gutiérrez, Mascardi and Guillelmo lakes, until crossing the bridge over the Villegas river. This beautiful section of the road passes through extensive conifer plantations.
Approximately halfway there is El Foyel, a small town in the El Manso district.
Continuing the tour, we visit the farms, candy factory, brewery and fish farming. To finish we will visit the Lago Puelo National Park with its beautiful beaches and landscapes.
