Overview

The Parc Natural del Salobrar is an oasis of biodiversity that extends over 1,400 hectares of untouched natural beauty. Its name is derived from the word "salobrar", which means "saline area" in Catalan, and this is precisely what makes this place unique.

As you explore the park, you will immerse yourself in a fascinating ecosystem of salt flats, ponds, dunes and marshes, which provide an ideal habitat for numerous species of migratory and resident birds. This is a true bird lover's paradise as if you are lucky you may spot pink flamingos, herons, osprey, cormorants and many other water birds.

In the Natural Park, we find the famous Es Trenc Beach. This beach, with its stunning natural beauty, will take your breath away and offer you an unforgettable experience. Imagine an endless stretch of coastline with crystal clear waters of a mesmerizing turquoise blue, stretching as far as the eye can see.
