Having set sail from Punta Bandera harbor at 9AM, we will glide over the waters of Lake Argentino’s Northern Arm to navigation in the Upsala Channel. After disembarking at Estancia Cristina, each group will be assigned a 4×4 vehicle with a specialized driver-guide. Once there, we will begin a walk of about twenty minutes on glacial erosion terrain, to reach the Mirador of the Upsala Glacier, where we will have a time of permanence to be able to contemplate the view of Lake Guillermo and the imposing East front of the Upsala Glacier and the Southern Patagonian Continental Ice Field.
We resume the walk to return in 4×4 vehicles to the hull of the room where they will have time for lunch (approx 1 hour).
Later on, we will visit the Costumbrista Museum. Finally, a guided tour will take lucky visitors around Estancia Cristina’s estate–up to the Caterina River, the waterwheel, chapel and rest of the lodge
