Overview

    The experience allows you to reach an altitude of 3000m and to admire the summit craters up close. You will reach Torre del filosofo with the cable car and off-road vehicles and then walk along the edge of one of the great craters of the 2002 eruption.

    Possibility to organize further Guided trekking tour up to 3300m, with the help of a volcanological guide. Contact us for booking info and prices.

  • Waterproof jackets on request
  • Helmets and torches for visiting the lava tube
  • tennis shoes or closed shoes in general are sufficient, but the rental of hiking boots is available at the cable car station

What to Expect
