Immerse yourself in the Notting Hill home of two local sisters who have grown up in the kitchen and who will share all their tips and secrets with you. This is a very hands on and sociable class with only 8 pupils at a time to two teachers so you will be able to ask questions and get as much knowledge as possible. We focus on using seasonal and local produce and will share all our insider knowledge of the best places to shop and eat in the city. We also have a great selection of Italian wines for you to enjoy throughout the course.
