Our path will begin in one of our historic olive groves in Contrada Coppe.
During the walk in our farm, a guide will tell you the history, the methods of cultivation and harvesting of olives, and then conclude with the visit of a real pillar of the history of our family: the historical olive tree of over 460 years.
Leaving Contrada Coppe, we will open the doors of the oil mill to tell visitors about our secrets and illustrate the stages of the oil production process.
During the period October - January (depending on the vintage) it will be possible to smell the scents of the oil during the pressing of the olives in real time.
Together we will make a tasting tour of eight different oils: our ESSENZA line, passing through our AROMATICI. A short lesson on how to approach oil will be carried out, in which you will learn to distinguish the various scents of the oils and we will offer you interesting combinations with a selection of local products.
