    "Sasagiri-an/SAS AGIRIAN" where you can learn Japanese culture and manners. At "Tea ceremony", you can enjoy Japanese Ryukyu confectionery together, at "Hanado" you can experience tropical flowers from Okinawa, and at "Calligraphy" you can experience the feeling of Ryukyu. You will have a special time that you can only experience at "Sasairian / SASAGIRIAN"... Each experience is available in Japanese and English for foreign tourists. You can spend your precious time quietly in the [Authentic Tea Room/Japanese Style Room] standing quietly in Onna Village.

What to Expect

    You will experience three Japanese traditional cultures - Tea Ceremony, Flower Arrangement, and Calligraphy - in one day. SASAGIRIAN is the only facility where you can experience all of these three Japanese cultures in one place and in one day in Okinawa. You will learn the history and manners of each culture from our experienced instructors. By wearing a simple kimono, you will write Japanese letters with a Japanese brush, have Japanese and Okinawan sweets and make macha green tea, and finally arrange tropical flowers and plants. If you come to Japan, why don't you spend a special day to feel Japanese culture at SASAGIRIAN? Each experience is available in English and Japanese. You will learn about the spirit of Zen and Japanese culture in the Japanese traditional room in Onna Village in Okinawa. * Minimum 2 people, maximum 8 people * Reservation required at least 3 days before the experience.
