This food tour in the company of a chef takes us to Granville Island, a bustling market boasting some of Vancouver's best produce and fish. After starting with the history of the site—from industrial site to food paradise, we'll stroll its stalls to sample many of the island's best wares. We'll try local salmon from a top fishmonger, taste artisanal cheese, and perhaps get a behind-the-scenes look from a favorite chocolate maker or taste beer from an on-site brewery. Finally, we'll recap over oysters or fish, admiring stunning views of the city.
