    - Fátima is one of the most important shrines of the world dedicated to the Virgin Mary.
    - Batalha Monastery was ordered to build in 1386 by King João I of Portugal as a thank you to the Virgin Mary for the victory against the Castilians in the battle of Aljubarrota. This monastery of the Order of St. Dominic was built over two centuries until about 1563, Example of late Gothic Portuguese architecture, or Manueline style is considered World Heritage by Unesco.
    - Nazaré embracing the cliffs and providing stunning views. In 2011, the biggest wave in the world (nearly 24m; 79ft) was surfed here by Garrett McNamara, an American professional big wave surfer.
    - Medieval Town of Obidos from XIII Century a unique experience. Don´t forget to drink Ginjinha in a chocolate cup.
