Authentic Dalmatian tour of the vineyard, olive and almond orchard with education on wine and extra virgin olive oil making, paired with Dalmatian delicacies, our award-winning wines, and live entertainment. This is a unique and hands-on approach on-site, where travelers will walk through our olive and almond orchard and the vineyard, where We will explain the entire process of the olive harvest to the production of extra virgin olive oil. We will also explain the process of picking almonds and finally, travelers will see how we prune the vines and what is all done during the ripening process of the grapes. The travelers will learn how the wine-making process works. The travelers will see our wine barrels and will be able to taste our homemade liquors. Then the travelers will be seated outside under a beautiful pergola right next to the olive and almond orchard and will be served Dalmatian delicacies and our wines.
