Filleting is: a “decorative thread” that revolutionized Buenos Aires in its early twentieth century with its shapes and colors, when Italian immigrants who worked in the car factories introduced these novel ornaments and tones in the decoration of the vehicles.
It is currently declared Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity by UNESCO.
