Overview

    At the Bootcamp & Training you train in a small-group.

    It is a 50 Minutes Fitness class where you get a "sweaty experience".

    You get the exercises and the training from a qualified Instructor.

    The sport exercises are body weight (Calisthenics) training or are performed with small sport gear like Kettlebell or Medicinball.

    The Camp is for 50 Minutes. Ususally Mo. - Fr. morning.

    If the times are inconvenient for you, you can request for a different.

    The exercises are customizable for all Fitness Levels. From Beginner to Athlete all are welcome. It is expected that you give your best and make an effort.
