    Excellent Fitness Holiday training opportunity, taking part in 3 x 1 hour session each day Monday to Friday. The training provided is a mix of activities designed to help you to lose weight, tone up or improve your current fitness levels. This is suitable for all Fitness Levels regardless of current abilities, injuries or problems.

    Classes are made up of Beach Training, Circuits, Kickboxing Pad Work, TRX & Krav Maga.

    You will have fun whilst pushing yourself to the limit.... guaranteed to give you a new lease of life.
