- Our Tico chefs or managers will explain to you the concept of each local dish transformed into their own signature dish. Their challenge is to preserve the local gastronomy but to apply modern cooking techniques to take each recipe to a higher level!

4) Unique mixology workshop
We work with small groups and the tours get full easily, if you do not find availability to book please contact us, we can open a new tour from 2+ people.
