With the help of guided mindfulness exercises, we open our senses: What does forest smell like- How many colors can you discover- What does nature sound like- And what does a beech leaf look like in detail and how does the bark of a tree feel- All this leads to a special nature experience and you can switch off wonderfully and simply send the stress up into the sky.
