    This day-trip to Bulgaria will take you to see the best of Bulgaria in one day. Next stop will be done in Veliko Turnovo, the capital of the second Bulgarian Empire where you can tour inside the Tsarevets fortress from the 12th century. Step back in time on the Samovodene Artisans Street packed with workshops of locals where you can find a coppersmith, silversmith, icon painter and many more. Drive up to Arbanassi Village, an architectural reserve unique in Bulgaria. Visit the interior of Konstantilieva House, a merchants house from the 17th century.

What to Expect

    This is a private day-trip from Bucharest to the city of Ruse in Bulgaria. We pick you up from Bucharest at 12 o'clock and drive one and a half hour to the Bulgarian border. After customs we enter în to Ruse city. We visit the old city center on a walking tour and talk about the history of the city, of the Bulgaria and the relationship with romania's neighboring country . Then we dined at a traditional Bulgarian restaurant. In the afternoon we take relaxing a boat ride on the Danube.
