What to Expect

Your Māori guide takes you on this amazing tour as they explains the wonderful history of the geothermal activity. See the native kiwi bird, wood & greenstone carvers working in traditional ways. Surrounded by, boiling mud, hot water pools, & the thrilling sight of "Pohutu" geyser erupting boiling water & steam 100 ft high, an amazing display of force. Plenty to see & enjoy on this tour.
