Overview

You will be picked up at your guesthouse in Swakopmund/Walvis Bay. We then depart for Sandwich Harbour, about 50 km south of Walvis Bay where the Namib Desert meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy an exciting day filled with adventure and exploring the beautiful sites of Sandwich Harbour. En-Route we will also stop at the Walvis Bay Lagoon, pass by the Walvis Bay Salt Refinery and many popular spots for the avid birder. A yummy light lunch and cool drinks will be served at a beautiful spot in the dunes for your refreshment. Enjoy a little bit of dune belt driving upon return with the chance to spot Ostrich, Springbuck or Jackal. End this day with a story to tell and memories to take back home.
