Visit the historical city centre, that has its origins from the Catalan domination, and get some interesting tips with an expert guide who will also accompany you to the most representative archaeological site of the area: the Nuraghe Palmavera, fascinating sample of the Nuragic civilisation, that goes back to 4000 years. Enjoy the mesmerising landscape in the Calich lagoon, a highly important naturalistic oasis, in which you can observe several species of water birds coming to this peaceful place to get their food and shelter. In the while you will be tasting a typical Italian “aperitivo”, served with cured meats and cheese, followed by the lunch that will be served in a local farm, where you will sip home-made wine and enjoy fresh home-made pasta, prepared right before your eyes. Your tour will finish by visiting the Sella & Mosca company, the biggest winery in Europe, founded in 1903, in which you will be able to experience the inner side of the company: the historical wine cellar.
