The 3-hour excursion around the missile base makes you realize, how close the world was to destroying itself. People were able to launch one of the most powerful rockets with a push of a button and these missiles from all over the whole USSR could have been launched on pre-set targets. Boom, the world ends. During this tour, you’ll have the chance to know this chilling feeling. In the first half of the tour, you’ll explore the underground capsule which served as a top-secret missile base for soldiers controlling the rockets. The base had diameter of only around 3,5 meters, so this tour is definitely not for claustrophobic people. During the second half, you’ll have the chance to know all the rockets and missiles which were the pride of the USSR military and that could destroy the world in minutes or seconds.-
