"Brazo Tristeza" Lake Experience - Shared Service

Duration

clock6 hours

Overview

Experience something different. This excursion takes you to the least-explored, most remote area of the lake. At approximately 10 am, we will board the “Kaiken Patagonia”, a boat equipped for a maximum of 15 passengers, who travel very comfortably and it has a large upper deck, to enjoy the outdoors.

We will navigate the Tristeza Arm of Lake Nahuel Huapi, a deep fjord of glacial origin, surrounded by mountains with very steep slopes and beautiful waterfalls that end in the lake. As we advance, the forest will transform into the dense Valdivian Jungle. When we reach the end of the arm, we will disembark for a walk to the Arroyo Frey waterfall, in the heart of the jungle. The walk is of a medium level of difficulty. It will take us approximately 50 minutes one way, we will stay about 30 minutes in the waterfall area and the return is another 30 minutes. Upon returning to the ship, we will have lunch on board and then start sailing back to the Port.
