Overview

Start with a typical Italian breakfast of a latte or espresso with brioches. Then follow a historical itinerary through Genoa, stopping to eat local specialties like focaccia alla cipolla (onions) or cheese, pizzata, tripe, farinata, octopus, pasta al pesto, and tiramisu, while sipping wines in a selected number of bars and wine tasting rooms. Then a real meal in one of the most well located and good restaurant of town, few meters from the Cathedral that let us to ask for a forgiveness straight away, as we have indulged in so much food :-). Then Palaces and Marble, Somptuos Building and the First Real Estate Project of the World ( A.D 1565 ) .
