The Liquor Studio is the brainchild of 2/3rds of The Hedonist Bar, Dan Crowther & Jonathan Lee. Hedonist is a staple of Leeds’ thriving independent bar scene & over the last four years become one of the city’s coolest cult bar brands. Through this Jon & Dan have created one of the UK’s leading hospitality and drinks consultancy companies, Hedonist Drinks, working with household brands such as Pepsi, Nestle & Jack Daniels.
Now together they have created a mecca for all things drinks and hospitality in Leeds city centre. A place dedicated to great food & drink where the general public and industry professionals alike can learn from, Dan & Jon’s many years of experience in training, teaching & creating all things alcohol in this one of a kind creative space for the North.
