On the Graffiti Tour we will visit Comuna 13, formerly known as the most dangerous neighborhood in Colombia, we will see how innovative projects of urban renewal and the use of street art they have given a better future to its inhabitants, to perceive their environment of social inclusion and improvement of the quality of life of its the inhabitants, whom has benefited from the social impact of urban projects such as the Escalators of Las Independencias neighborhood, the Metro Cable (cable cars), the Hospital at la Aurora - Pajarito, the San Javier Library Park, urban graffitis, among
others. In this walk in tour we will show you how the Colombian government confronted the crime and the drug gangs and turned it into music and art. We will visit the electric stairs of the 13th district which gave Medellín the award of the most innovative city in 2013.
