The Hagegoud vineyard is a small-scale company where quality takes precedence over quantity. It originated from a passion for nature and for the beautiful products that can be produced with fruit. It started almost 15 years ago with a few dozen grapevines, as a hobby, but in the meantime it has become a fully-fledged (secondary) profession. It is still a "pocket" vineyard with only a few hundred vines that we care for with passion and love according to biodynamic principles.
Our mission is to make quality wine: a full bodied red wine and fresh, aromatic white wines. The microclimate of Geetbets, sheltered by the Ransberg from excessive rainfall, lends itself perfectly to this. The production process takes place in a traditional way, of course according to all the rules of the art, but with a minimum of manipulations.
