The Cañadas del Teide form a gigantic caldera of about 17 km in diameter on which sits the Pico del Teide, at 3,718 metres, the highest peak in Spain and the third highest volcano in the world. The snow on the peak and the lava flows that spill down its slopes form a unique combination that you will never tire of admiring.
You will also have the opportunity to climb the highest cable car in the country and see the summit of the volcano!
