Hermitage is one of the most popular are galleries in the world. It is highly recommended to plan your visit in advance and getting a pre-booked admission is an absolute must.
Your pre-booked ticket with the timed morning or afternoon entry will be delivered to you by a company representative who meets customers at Palace Square, near the Alexander Column.
You will walk to one of the museum entries together with your concierge who will give a brief introduction to the museum collection, explain the rules of the museum, give directions and will assist to get audio guides and museum maps, if requested.
The concierge speaks only English and Russian!
If you have VIP admission, you can stay in the museum as long as it is opened and explore the collections at your own pace or join one of our guided day tours at a special price.
Do not use your voucher to enter the museum on your own. The entry is allowed only at specified times and with a company manager.
