Overview

    You will visit the highest active volcano in Europe, declared UNESCO World Heritage Site in 2013. You will reach Mount Etna at 3000 m above the sea level and hike with the Volcanological Guide on the craters formed during the eruption of 2002. Visit to a lava cave. Tasting of typical local products at a farm located at Zafferana Etnea.

What to Expect

    Climb the highest active volcano in Europe up to the highest reachable areas in safe conditions, by cable car and shuttle bus (or snow cat). Hike with the Volcanological Guide for about one hour. Tasting of typical local produce at a farm shop located at Zafferana Etnea. In the price are included: pick-up, drop off, Guide up to the cable car station at 2000m, insurance, explanations, assistance, lava tube, tasting at a farm shop. TICKETS ARE NOT INCLUDED.
