The historical Çeme Hamam was built by the Great Admiral Kaymak Mustafa Pasha in the Tulip Era at the end of the 1720s and was used by men and women at that time.
It continued to be used as a bath until 2017, which was restored while preserving its original structure. The Çeme Hamam has been reopened by Sofitel at the Gaitel Istanbul Hotel MGallery in accordance with its original style and continues the 300-year water therapy health tradition.
