Experience Italian history at the table. Choose from Ancient, Medieval, Renaissance or Contemporary Italian cookery. The class can range from full-on participation, to demonstration, to a sit-down catered tasting menu. I am a culinary historian and chef specializing in Italian historical cookery. This is the only cooking course (or catered meal) that offers an excursion through time, taught, organized and served by a published authority on the history of Italian food. Courses are taught at the venue where the guests are staying or can be organized at an external location. This is a unique experience that will make your travel in Italy one to remember.
