Overview

    We will depart from Aveiro to the first village,Belmonte, where we'll stay during the night.

    Belmonte is a place with an active jewish community. It's also the birth place of Pedro Álvares Cabral. In the second day our first visit will be Castelo Novo, a medieval village with some surprises. Next, it's time to move to Idanha-a-Velha, one of the most important archaeological sites in Portugal. The lunch will be at Monsanto, the Most Portuguese Village in Portugal, and a place with awesome horizons, and rare beauty.

    Sortelha, one of the oldest village in Portugal and very well preserved, will be our last visit of the trip.
