Overview

    The horseback ride begins at El Marqués del Once at the entrance of Verjón on the way to Choachí, where the horses will be waiting for us to travel a distance of 20 kilometers around the Páramo of Alto de Cruz, passing through the town of San Francisco and the Teusaca River, which feeds the San Rafael reservoir. The main objective of this tour is to provide our clients with an experience of awareness, learning and enjoyment of the natural ecosystems that surround the city of Bogotá.

What to Expect

    This experience is unique since you will be able to get to Monserrate in a different and fun way. The route begins 11 km from La Candelaria, via the town of Choachí, where the horses will be waiting for us to begin our journey towards Monserrate, passing through beautiful landscapes of Andean forest and the sub-paramo of the Green Cross, Lugo we will pass through a road of muleteers that will take us to the back of Monserrate. After arriving in Monserrate we can appreciate the beautiful view of the city and then descend by cable car or funicular.
