Signature Beer Can Chicken with finger licking juicy meat and crispy skin with hints of garlic, Himalayan Pink Salt, and Kampot Black Pepper.
Wagyu Beef grilled with just Yukishio & Kampot black pepper to bring out the right level of richness, taste and tenderness. Served on a bed of wok tossed Green Dragon Vegetables (???).
Japonica rice cooked in dashi stock and flash fried with garlic, seasonal vegetables, and topped with crisp sakura shrimps, furikake, and Ikura.
Finish with the nourishing homemade umeshu jelly with osmanthus and seasonal fruits!
