Overview

    You will feel so welcome in this beautiful home overlooking the magnificent golf course views where Chef Jacqui will take you through a fun and very informative cooking class in her well appointed kitchen. She teaches you a chefs way of preparation with tips and techniques that you need to reproduce this wonderful menu. You will enjoy canapés, entree, main and dessert all cooked by you with the constant guidance and assistance from Jacqui. Her huge 12 seater dining table is set for the fantastic luncheon that awaits us after all our hard work and a glass or two to top it off. Bon appetite!

What to Expect

    Hello, I am a classically French trained chef and I teach people to cook the recipes I love to cook, to enjoy the process and not to panic in the kitchen. My experience as a chef working in some of the Melbourne and Europe's best professional kitchens under the most talented, passionate and humble chefs has made me the chef I am and allows me to help you become a better and more confident cook. The food I love to cook is French cuisine with a modern influence, elegant Italian cookery and Australian cuisine, introducing native ingredients. Seasonal, sustainable and fresh ingredients is an absolute must in my kitchen, which my kitchen garden plays a huge role in as does my local Mornington Peninsula suppliers and producers. We have a few precious things in our life that give us pleasure and enjoyment and cooking and eating food does just that.
