The in water oyster farm tour will take participants on a boat ride out to Sheridan's family's oyster farm with our farmers. Learn about the evolution of farming and see the current cultivation methods to grow our Sydney rock and Pacific oysters. Following the boat tour of our oyster farm, guests will then put on a waterproof suits we have provided and disembark with our farmers to their own in water table. You will then enjoy a fresh seafood platter where you will learn to open 18 oysters per person with fresh prawns and refreshments.
We welcome BYO if you have a bottle of something special you would like to drink.
