"Mancha Ancient Road", an early footpath for local residents to walk to classes, from the port village (Chashan) of Manzhou Township, Pingtung County to Lide Village. The "Mancha Ancient Road", which existed before the Japanese era, is about 3 kilometers in length and takes about 2-3 hours. Most of them are within 98 hectares of the "Reed Nursery" in the Forest Test Institute today. The era was called the "No. 1 Mother Tree Garden" and was the first botanical garden in Taiwan at that time, which cultivated various tropical plants.

The "Mancha Ancient Road" is rich in human history and its natural ecology is quite special. In addition to Ken's Araucaria, it is also the birthplace of the street tree "Fukugi" planted throughout Taiwan. The plants are quite precious, and the creatures such as the yellow butterfly, the yellow grey crab, and the like are also visible everywhere.
