Overview

    The excursion consists of a coastal kayak navigation on LAGO ARGENTINO (opposite EL CALAFATE) or BAHIA REDONDA accompanied by kayak guides, starting and ending at the same point. Due to climatic factors, it will always be evaluated if the conditions allow the activity to be carried out, otherwise the departure is canceled.
    The activity has different circuits, which will be carried out according to the climatic convenience, water level, bird watching or requirement of the group in particular.

What to Expect

    We will start our activity with the pick up from the hotels starting at 06:00 AM. (In the months of June and July the departure will be at 07:00 AM.) The town of El Chaltén is 220 km from El caulk. The most classic, spectacular and unforgettable trekking in southern Patagonia. The visit to Laguna de los Tres is a classic in El Chaltén. You will travel through different scenarios, some more wooded, others more austere and with mirrors of water until you reach Laguna de los Tres. The first 4 kilometers will be to warm up, with an incredible view of the Río de las Vueltas Valley, crossing forests and streams, until meeting Laguna Capri. Then they will continue along the same path until km 8, where they will find Camping Poincenot and the Rio Blanco. The most difficult kilometers begin at Camping Poincenot. In this instance, we recommend paying attention to the schedule, since it will take approximately 4 hours to go down to the town from Laguna de los Tres.
