Overview

    A bike ride off the beaten track will allow you to discover the variety of Japanese desserts, from wa-gashi to ice cream, including flour-based cakes. Textures, fragrances, seasonality: the art of sweetness in Japan in its breadth. We will follow a route to taste the most significant iterations of the world of sweet in Japan today. Our visit includes a visit to an old Dorayaki boutique with crazy charm. This circuit leads to neighborhoods rich in crafts, where it will be allowed to stop and stroll. As a chef who worked in Kyoto, I will be able to share my experience on site.
