What to Expect
Join Shalini and her mother-in-law in their kitchen and learn to cook 4-5 traditional Rajasthani dishes. You might learn to make one or two seasonal vegetables such as baingan ka bharta (a spiced, mashed eggplant dish), panchmel ki sabzi (five vegetable dish) and masala bhindi (okra) or gourd, a dal (lentils) and two different types of Indian breads - rotis and mattar paratha (Indian flat bread). Share your meal together with her joyous family at their dining table. Your meal will also include other dishes prepared by Shalini and her family in advance.
