Start your day with a drive along a spectacular costal road heading to Bahoruco. Hidden in the mountains of this secluded area the only Larimar Mine in the world can be found. You have the opportunity to interact with the miners and to have an insight look into the hard work they realize and to take your chance to go on a treasure hunt and search for a Larimar stone by yourself. Enjoy the view through a natural swimming basin before visiting a local Larimar shop. You will be shown, how the stone is processed regularly and also have the opportunity to try it yourself. Lunch is not included and must be paid separately.
