    About your host: I am an Anthropologist passionate about the ways food is communicating cultures and histories. I love olive oil and wine and believe their are the epitome of human ingenuity. I hold a PhD on food consumption patterns. For me food is the sum of stories, beliefs, religions, family relationships and histories that is communicated through every bite. What to Expect

    • You will learn how to prepare Greek cheese from scratch, and a traditional celebration vegetarian pie • Whilst the cheese is maturing, you will prepare a vegetarian celebration dish from Western Crete that can be served both as the perfect side dish or a very nutritious main course • Georgios will demonstrate the process step by step and provide cooking tips and tricks as you go • This online experience is perfect for groups of friends, families, team-building events and end of year office parties
