This cultural program is founded with the aim of providing our clients with a touch of local life. This provides a quickly contrast to that of our neighbors, the MAASAI.We give an opportunity to our clients to visit places of interest and participate in the daily activities within our area.
Starting at 09:00Am, Your guide will give you a short introduction on Tanzanian food and explain about the different local dishes. After you have decided on the menu you'd like to cook, you'll go and buy all ingredients at the local market.
At a local household in Arusha your guide will show you the cooking utensils that are used in Tanzania, before you can start the actual preparations.
You'll have your meal outside on reed mats under the banana trees. After your meal you can have a short walk around the neighborhood. Duration : 4-8 hours.
