Stop At: Temple of Medinat Habu, Al Bairat, Luxor Egypt

Egypt Gift Tours licensed Egyptology tour guide will pick you up from Hotel / Nile Cruise at 8:30 am, by air-conditioned vehicle to initiate your amazing day in the west bank of Luxor.

Travel to the western bank for about 40 minutes, admire the Nile scenery and views of the green farms and the countryside of Luxor all along. Get to Madinat Habu, situated at the southern end of Theban Necropolis, where the initial labor strike in history against their king Ramesses III was launched. This memorial temple of Ramesses III is one of the best-preserved temples in Egypt and enclosed by a massive mud-brick enclosure wall, which may have been fortified.

Stop At: Valley of the Artisans (Deir el-Medina), Deir el-Medina, Luxor Egypt

Subsequently, proceed to Deir El Madina recognized as Valley of Workers at northern end of Theban Necropolis. It is an old village which was home to craftsmen who worked on tombs in Valley of Kings during 18th to 20th dynasties New Kingdom period (1550-1080B.C).
