Bom Dia!
My name is Lidia Meier, a Dutch energetic healer that moved to the beautifull mountains of Portugal to give retreats. In this one day of connection you will clear your head and connect to yourselt and others again. You will experience a heart warming cacao ceremony, a guided meditation and a reflective silent hike in the mountains. Afterwards we enjoy a lovely vegatarian lunch together. We will end the day with a sharing session.
You don´t need any experience with meditation or hinking, I will guide you trough it and will adjust the tour to your personal needs. This will be a day of total relaxation, connection to your feelings, super delicious food and enough time for a laughter! Treat yourself.
