    You will be able to see and participate in the process of milk metamorphosis. Before your very eyes it will gradually turn from white liquid to bright yellow butter, snow white cheese and radiant green whey. You will be able to taste traditional meal of 'kastinys' spread on hot potato. Also you will taste the cottage cheese pancakes which is a very popular Lithuanian dish. Made from freshly prepared cottage cheese and topped with freshly squished berries it tastes even better
