    I developed an approach of body-mind work that I believe to be unique. I will adapt to your way of processing external inputs and help you getting in the zone (mu-shin or flow state) where your body will takeover your brain and you'll find it easy and natural to answer your partner's stimuli.

    I work on the triangle "relaxation", "breathing", and "ecology of motion" to make you reach a state of full presence and maximum awareness.
